Are all your products made in Canada?
Yes. All of our keyboards and keycaps are proudly made in Canada to ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our machine shop located in Vancouver, Canada.
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
Standard orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Custom orders may take longer, depending on the level of customization.
Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
For orders shipped outside of Canada, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Since our keyboards and keycaps are made in Canada, most destinations apply 0% tariffs, though local tax policies still apply.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Our keyboards and other electronics include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. All Artificer keycaps are covered by a lifetime warranty, guaranteeing protection against any manufacturing defects.
