Artificer began with a sense of curiosity, a desire to create something truly our own. We were drawn to the idea that even the smallest objects we touch every day could carry intention and character. Keycaps became our canvas, a way to explore form, texture, and material.

So we made our own set. What started as an experiment in aluminum and texture became the foundation of our philosophy: that even the smallest detail deserves care. Every curve, corner, and finish was considered until the keycap felt as intentional as the board beneath it.

It’s the same reason no one would design a beautiful car and settle for a generic steering wheel or center console, every part should reflect the same vision. To us, a keyboard is no different. The keycaps and case should speak one cohesive language, designed to complement each other rather than compete.
